JIAN MEAT

OK i going to blog seriously... nothing stupid... today is a wonderful day!!! i wake up early in the morning and meet wen hui, cos we r going to jian meat together!!!! we started by climbing up long long stairs...

After tt we dun find it tough enough so we went up and down like thrice??? WE ARE STRONG!!!

To us stairs like no kick lor... so we run around the park thrice... seriously ah wen hui can run lor... normally girls run abit will complain here complain there then call me to run slower or wad... BUT SHE IS GREAT!!! Then we went to the fitness corner and did some steering with the handicap steering wheel... u know one knob on the steering wheel that kind inside handicap car...

After we done all this things we went to the coffeeshop to rest... we camp in the coffee shop like for two hours... Had some high class conversation... i really like the topic about ah beng's long pants

I will end off with a victory photo together with our 100 plus... after jogging u can see we got the longevity smile!!! Healthy lifestyle starts with us!!!
